Refund policy

We are endeavoured to satisfy your purchase. Our refund policy is:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available if cancelled more than 12 hours before the despatch time.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours but before despatch may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have been prepared, dispatched cannot be cancelled or changed.

2. Refunds

  • If refunds approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, or Pay in 4).
  • Refunds apply to the purchase price only. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

3. Product Issues and Complaints

  • Please report any issues within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
  • We will request photos of the product and the return or collection of the original flowers / products for verification.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued after verification.

4. Responsibility for Delivery Details

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information and personalised messages.
  • We are not liable for failed deliveries or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Product Substitutions

  • If a product is unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for substituted products.
