Delivery Fee Quote Guarantee

I. AussieBlossom will indicate delivery fees prior to checkout.

Delivery Day

II. Customer will select the delivery time. Actual delivery will happen anytime during that day.

Sunday and Public Holiday Deliveries

III. AussieBlossom is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

IV. There will be different terms and conditions in relation to special events. These include, but are not limited to, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

Address Types

I. For residential addresses, if the courier deems a delivery location unsafe, the order will be returned to the dispatch address and redelivery fees will apply. Unsafe may include locked premises, dogs or an inability to leave flowers in a safe place away from public view.

II. For Government building, business, school and hospital addresses, AussieBlossom do not accept responsibility for delivered items that are accepted by the front desk, reception or security department, with assurances to pass on to the recipient. 

Delivery Guarantee - Metropolitan Areas

I. We guarantee same day for all orders to metropolitan destinations placed before 1pm on Monday to Saturday.

Metropolitan orders placed before these cut off times are guaranteed to arrive:

business order will be delivered by 5pm

and residential address 9pm.
